I have one of those road pro lunchbox stoves that's actually been quite reliable. Been working strong for almost two years.
Anyways, the plug has been starting to be a chore so at the advice of my girlfriend I decided to bite the bullet and buy a new one while I'm here resetting at the clusterf.....I mean Love's here in Tacoma, WA.
I go in and they don't have any in stock. I decided to just fix the plug. They had two types, fused that connects with two leads and one that connects inside with no fuse. I bought the latter to save a buck.
Get back and tried to wire that plug in but lacking needle nose pliers, I wasn't able to properly get the leads to connect.
Defeated I go get the other one. I wire it in and nothing. I notice the green power led isn't on. I open it up and found out why, the fuse was blown. It was a puny 2 amp fuse. The stove draws 12 amps.
Go back in the store and get a pack of 20 amp fuses and go back. Put the plug together and plug it in. Green led on the plug is lit but the light on the stove isnt. On a hunch I switch the leads. They were wired wrong.
Got two pork chops warming up for breakfast finally.![]()

Watched a guy around 11pm back into a spot that opened up. Thought he must have felt like the luckiest son of a ##### on the planet to find a parking spot at that hour here.joseph1135 Thanks this. -
I rarely stop there, unless absolutely necessary. I load out of Pepsico right done the road from there and have to scale out, and even that's a pain in the ###.

Unless I can get one of those diagonal spots across from the fuel island I won't park there -- pretty much every other spot begs to lose a fender or hood. There is an industrial area nearby with plenty of street parking
