Really? So the fact that you dont wanna hear the truth about the trucking industry and how these companies treat people, means that that I wont get to excerise my right to free speech and wont last on here?? Sorry but anyone who thinks it's cool or OK to dump a person off on the side of the road like a bag of garbage is prolly to stupid pull their camera out and record something like this.

I suspect there are two sides to this story, and so far we don't even know one side of the story other than the OP got kicked off the truck. I was in the Navy and I had 4 hour watches all the time where I stood around and did nothing. The weather did not look too bad so does not seem to be the end of the world waiting around for 5 hours. Heck, I was in a broken truck for like 4 days doing nothing in the middle of nowhere Utah, during my training period The truth is it is not uncommon for two strangers to not get along, should be no big deal at most companies, just ask for a different trainer. I lost about 15 lbs in a couple of weeks with one trainer I had, because he never stopped to eat or shower. I just ignored it and eventually asked to go home for a holiday and get assigned to another trainer. I would have starved to death if it wasn't for me sneaking off to Subway while the truck was filling up. Hopefully the OP gets another trainer he can get along with and learn. Also it would be nice if he would learn to take a video, I hate when people hold a 16x9 camera sideways so the video comes out 9x16.

If we were all smart like you "Quitter" the world would be a perfect place huh!? Sorry im poor and can only afford a 3rd generation iphone to take video on. I guess I should get smart like you and join the Navy so I can stand around watching nothing for 4 hours at a time. Then collect a pension I didn't earn or deserve huh!? You need think twice before you open your mouth on a forum like this. People also need to realize when they drive around the country in a truck with a name on the side of it....they represent not only themselves but also the name on the side of the truck. Try to keep it classy. But something tells me thats asking to much.

You are a funny guy. Sorry but videos like that are kind of a pet peeve of mine, all you need to do to make your videos come out is turn the phone sideways! BTW, you should go into the Navy if you think it is so easy to get a pension. Another thing if you don't know the reason why you were kicked off the truck, you should nicely call up the trainer nicely if you can and have him explain. Sometimes it is hard to hear criticism, but that is how we learn and grow. I really wish the best for you, I was just trying to be funny, and to put things in perspective for you. Trucking involves a lot of waiting around, in fact it is on my rather long list of why I quit trucking before I even started.

Well for some reason ,we can't get the reason why this driver wanted this driver tranee off his truck and why the company just wanted to send him home instead of getting into another truck

This was this trainers first time ever training another driver. He told me FLAT OUT he never wanted to train anybody in the first place and that it had nothing to do with me. I asked the company if I could hop in another truck and they decided to put me on a bus instead. Why? I have no idea. We drove 3000 miles together in that truck up until this point but he couldn't wait 2 minutes for me to go check the confirmation number that ended up being WRONG? Sorry guys but right is right and wrong is wrong. Just hope this situation never has to happen to anybody else.

Just look at the OPs attitude. That's why he was kicked to the curb.
