You should have the overhead done by about 80k miles, but even a new truck can have an air leak. BTW... trucks haven't had "sweet spots" since we said bye-bye to mechanical engines.

That's when they set the injectors, valve settings, Jake brake settings... everything in the top end of the engine. Central Detroit in Springfield will do it for $250.

A day or two. Time it right and you can take ACE-2 at the same time.

If you have to go faster to get better fuel mileage either your technique at driving needs a lot of work, or there's something wrong with the truck. Pushing the turbo to cover up a leak in the charge air cooling system will do this, and is a common problem.

The guys had the truck two months. After two months with a truck i wouldnt understand its fuel mileage all that well and neither will he. Its takes longer to a good understanding of how a truck runs regarding its fuel mileage. Besides his post can be taken as though he just thinks if he maintains his momentum in the hills he will get better fuel mileage. This is partially at times though not always true. He doesnt clearly state that if speeds up on flat ground that he loses fuel mileage. I didnt see where the guy asked for your advise anyway.
