Unknown , If you would have checked on here first you would have already known about Swift. That is why everyone thinks you skipped because of the drug test.

If that is not it let us know what was said that made you leave , could maybe help others who may be headed there.

Maybe he, like, forgot that they'd be all, like, doing drug testing, dude!

Some companies require tests that take great big scissors full of armpit hair.

Good question op can swift get you for refusing the drug test. I certainly hope so.With respect op,your thread reaks with you would have failed the drug test had you took it.Im with lobshot,why do ppl even bother gong to orientation when they know they'll fail.Did Swift pay for your transportation back home?

 

First off let me say good for you I wish more new drivers would realize what a garbage outfit they are they are like the mcdonalds of trucking driving down wages and not respecting their drivers. And if you did not sign terms of employment papers which you could not have because a federal drug test is required to be employed by a licensed carrier it should not affect you. Now if you left because you were stoned I have no respect for you and stay out of driving but if you left because of your priciples welcome to the trucking industy more of us need to stand up for our wages or we will all become nothing but fast food workers on wheels

 

What does it matter? Swift didn't say or do anything any other carrier [that hires/trains new drivers] is not going to do. So to me it would seem trucking is not a suitable job you so I wouldn't worry about your DAC. If you had bothered to look into truck driving and what it requires and what it entails, you'd have known almost exactly what to expect at their orientation or any other.
