    I have found most companies to be about the same. None are perfect. You must find one that meets or exceeds your financial needs. The companies are concerned primarily with moving freight and their bottom line. I'm currently @ ASF. I have been there over a year.

    Have you tried looking into Atlantic Intermodal Services? I dont know if they're any good, but my father worked there before going OTR. He was fairly limited to the southeast area so if that's not really your thing, might wanna look further.
