    Hey fellers.
Been reading your thread for a bit.
Nobody seems to be mentioning miles and pay.
Are most of you averaging 2500 miles and does the winter typically affect these numbers? How about the northeast?
    Thanks in advance!

The Melton way is have the straps pulling from the same direction on the lower levels of a multi layer load.

Thats because this is the "what's your 20" thread!

Many of us have posted pay in other threads.

For me, personally, I get 2500-3000 miles regularly. With 3 years experience you'd start at 44cpm. Add in another 80-120 a week for tarping. I stay at at least 6 weeks most of the time.

I did not see much of a slow down last winter, maybe a couple hundred miles but i wasnt sitting for days at a time.

We have a lot of east coast freight from what I here but they keep me west and Midwest probably 95% of the time now. I've been northeast twice in 14 months here. I rarely do southeast also.

    Surfer Joe Thanks this.

I'm in Albuquerque waiting to give away my load in the morning... The load that would have given me a day at home before del.

I've got 17k of silo panels and some other parts, no tarp and I'm trading it for 40k of conduit with 2 tarps and 3 stops. Also shorted me 700 miles on next check because of it.

    Not happy.

Coming out of klamath falls heading to Illinois. 460 deadhead from fresno 2250 loaded for 2700mile weekend run. This is nice after last weekend was a short run.
Will make it to wells nevada before shutting down for night.

Got my info. I get to sleep in and still be early. 260 deadhead but I covered all but 120 before shutting down.
