    Yeah, this story is full of holes. I believe it was a truck that picks up those big container dumpsters, and it wasn't down on the truck all the way but I don't see how that would kill a driver, unless, they didn't have their seatbelt on, and they went into the windshield. Pretty harsh, either way.

    Exactly right. Driver was not wearing a seat belt. The story I read had a quote from law enforcement that said "if he was wearing a seat belt, he lives."
