caught a guy stealing my reefer fuel today

who remember knox fuel stop they sold super red diesel you could get 30 mpg

 

And no free shower credit for him!

 

Dirtbags can't shower, they turn into mud puddles.

 

If you know this guys information, then send him a bill for the fuel. If your generous, tell him you wont press charges if he pays up like a man should. If he doesn't, turn him in. He deserves that. What he doesn't deserve is a beating.

All I know is that in the Las Vegas area RED DYED diesel does not have any taxes on it. Plus whoever stated that IRS is involved is correct but there's others too. A few years back the IRS along with someone from the state I( I would guess from the tax side ) stop every tanker coming out of the tank farm that was loaded. They checked both the tanks and the supply to the engine. If your cargo was RED DYE you would have the BOL to show them what it was. Usually off-road or transmix.Once that checked out they would check the fuel tank. If that had any trace amount of RED DYE you would be fined and shut down. Out of all the trucks coming out that day, and they come in and out just about every minute, one truck was fined and what we heard at the loading rack the IRS and their buddies went and audited that company. The tank farm also printed memo's and place them at the RED DYD loading arm stating that RED DYE would stain the inside of your fuel tanks and could be checked for a long time. That could have been BS I don't know because I just loaded the smelly hard to flush out of your hose diesel fuel. Anyone can say they would have shot the guy or use a hammer on him but in reality I don't believe it because if I did any thing like that I would have lost my great paying job.

 

I live in NH. ME and VT do the dip test on a regular basis. It's done by DOT.

 

As acting security person at out truck parking area we have gotten used to taking pics with our cell phone of suspicious vehicles and people that wander on our property, most run like hell when they see what we are about to take a pic of them
