When a company has to lie during a DOT audit and cover up failed random drug screens . I have been doing this 30 years , why dont you as a safety director explain HOW the company can cover up a failed drug test when dot has a record of all failed drug tests , they ask for current pay records , termination slips etc..............

and knowingly employees drivers that use drugs on a continuing basis . HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

There is a question ,

 

as far as holding or KEEPING THE DRIVERS PAY If the driver has verification of his trip-s ie lofgs trip sheets scale tickets fuel receipts
the OKLAHOMA STATE LABOR BOARD will collect the pay for these guys
