KKW Trucking out of Pomona, CA.

Does anyone know what KKW pays experienced drivers?

 

HI,

I am interested in this company myself. How is the training going. Did they say how long you have to work for them before they pay off your training school? I would apperciate your reviews...

 

I contacted a recruiter and went in for an interview last friday. Need to call them back on Monday to make sure my background and employment passses. Pretty much they are paying new trainees 0.31 miles, they said I would average about 1500 to 2000 a week for the first couple of months. I would be in the 4 week training program. I will update you guys on the process when I start training.

 

KKW is an awesome company to drive for, My wife started 3 months before I did with KKW and had very little problems they did a very good job of training and explaining things, I joined and we started running team, We have always had the same truck. The company is small enough to treat you as family but large enough to keep the truck moving, Every office is the building is open door even the owner. Planning on the driver side is very important to not getting stuck places, watch your hours and you will make it home every 7-10 days. We live in Oregon and reset at home every time. Apparently I can not respond to private messages until I have a certain amount of posts, I had a few messages about drug testing currently all that is required is a urine test.

 

Would you consider KKW or Schneider? I just got my cdl..
