    I'm just curious,how long does murder stay on your record ? Can I still get into Canada after a dispatcher disappears ?

    In California an expungement does not remove the offense from your DMV record. I recently requested my H6, (10 year DMV record) and it showed the original offense followed by the court order for expungement. This was for a Dry Reckless more than 5 years old.
