I am looking at Roehl, they offered orientation 12/8 as I finish NTTS school in Liverpool, NY about a week prior and then take the DMV test. Pay seems a bit low, but they only offer you the averages. I would be Northeast Regional dedicated Kraft run. So Eastern NY, MASS, NJ, PA, VA with runs into Atlanta, SC and back hauls to VA and Baltimore. I am flipping though between them, Shaffer, and H.O.Wolding.All offer regional with decent home time (family). Any drivers that can fill in the blanks from what the recruiters tell me would be much appreciated! Again, all these companies seem very solid to me. I also drove previously for 10 years and yard dogged for 6. Walked away from driving when I divorced the 1st wife so here I am getting it all back. Thanks in advance drivers!

There is a Roehl forum that can probably answer any questions you have. You could post some questions about Roehl in there and get them answered fairly quick. Good group of people in it. Good luck with whichever company you choose!

Don't listen to recruiters, go down to the truck stops and meet a few truckers. Also, this forum is an excellent location to do some of your research... good start my friend.

    DrtyDiesel and dgarlow1 Thank this.

The recruiters will definitely tell you what you want to hear. If you go to truck stops offer to buy a driver a cup of coffee or fountain drink. That's what always got me to take the time to talk to someone about the company I worked for.

    dgarlow1 and 123456 Thank this.
