Thanks for the insight on Marines. I've worked with some Marines and found them to be very respectful and organized. I thought that was at least partially due to their training & experience. (FYI - I'm not a Marine).
No company at the moment. I was part of management at a company with a private fleet OTR & LTL. Considering getting back in with FedEx Ground. And the key with any company is good employees, good drivers.
