My new company is Raven Transport

Personally I have had 3 waiting times that I was paid detention for. Most of the shippers and receivers are on top of loading and unloading us. In the situation where they were not I was paid detention.

Everything we do is no touch freight except plants, which, in the spring drivers can sign up for to place on pallets. It's a multi stop account that from what I hear pays well, if that's the kind of thing a driver wants to do but isn't required to volunteer for.

I've had more preloaded trailers at shippers that were live unloaded at finals than drop and hooks. Ive also had preloaded to drop and hooks and live load to drop and hooks. It's really a variety but I'm sure backing into a dock coming or going has been attached to the majority of the loads I've done. As long as PTA is correct for next load can either have another load before or shortly after unload.

Also I've never had a winter with Raven so freight times may slow down which I haven't experienced yet. Going to the same shippers and receivers may help this. Will find out and post how the winter is going.
