Got a ticket for failure to obey truck route in Compton, Ca

I got off the 405 north off one of those exits near Carson/Compton. I never been in that area of the streets. I didnt see any signs of no trucks for weight or anything, but the minute I made a left into compton, their was a sherieff pulling another trucker over....I was like, I hope he was getting him for speeding. Anyways, the other driver that was pulled over talking to the sherieff, pointed at me and I knew where this was going. So, 1/2 mile I got pulled over and he gave me the reason why I got pulled over.I told him I came off the freeway and didnt see any signs. He said they are there. I need to go back there in my four wheeler and check it out. Its an infraction. Court date set for January, 2015.

The ticket is around 200 said the officer. An attorneys gonna cost me 500 for this infraction. My first ticket too for a moving violation in California in a commercial vehicle.I was paying 48 dollers a month for a year for attorney insurance. When I got a local job withba governed speed truck, id figure id be ok. I cancelled it in March.

 

I was going north on the 405 and think the gps told me to get off of Santa Fe, I went a few blocks north to Carson st. and made a left. He was parked on the right with the other driver a block down. I should of went straight and made a u turn and went back to the 405. He pulled me over across the street from Huffy bicycle company... Where is the sign if I took that route? Im off tomorrow and was going in that area to check it out.

 

Yep, thats the VC on the ticket. Im trying to figure out why he put it down for with the discription of a failure to follow truck rote as the discription. Im assuming he just gave the ticket to the previous driver a few minutes earlier....maybe hes giving me a break lol. He had to give me a ticket if he had the chance in the view of someone else whos pointing out the same violation.
