Well my buyer calls today days he got his docs but has to go to Atlanta to sign paper work in person and then they send a closing agent up to my house with cashiers check .. he's 300 miles from Atlanta . Does this seem legitimate or am I getting taken on a ride ?

    Got $500 deposit

Call the bank the cashier's check is drawn on and verify it is legit. Oh - and confirm it is an actual bank (via internet search) before calling. Can't be too careful.......

I haven't pulled anything off Betsy cause if it falls through I haven't lost anything but revenue and can put her right back on the road no hick ups

I have been considering the O/O route and have followed this thread plus the SNI Choice Facebook page with great I terest and attention.

About how long does it take for a driver to adapt to doing the preplanning entirely by himself?

I know that is an open-ended question with many possible answers. I feel like it would similar to the lost feeling a new driver has during his first year on the road, trying to balance on-time deliveries against HOS remaining. Like most, all my experience is with company planners and driver managers/dispatchers; the thought of doing it all myself and driving and managing a business is both terribly exciting and absolutely terrifying.

You can get practice in during orientation with a temp password .it's really pretty easy once you see it PM me your email address I'll screen shot you a few things you can see how it looks just basic stuff you'll be relieved once you see it
