Even though you weren't an employee they have to have insurance for that kind of stuff. If the guy filling their soda machine slips and falls do they just tell him "Sorry"?

Clearly they'll call someone to get him off the property and then tell him "sorry". Actually I don't know. Seems like an odd story to being with.

So you're saying he's accident prone,lol.I knew that,lol.Trucking isn't for everybody.When a driver has that many mishaps in such a short time during the beginning of their carreer then its time to explore other options.

Yes 90 dollars a day. My 1st time was working a day can moving company 2nd time someone was stealing stuff out of my pick up 3rd was smacked it. 4th time left hand fell.

Theres companies that will hire dui drivers wreckless ect been a bad year.
Before my A license I had a b for 7 years no issue same company. I wish I could go back and been safer but its beside the point.
I am now getting second surgery so my life sucks.

Update: In contact with wisconsin workmens comp dept filing a dispute to claim.
If I was cleared by 3 doctors my family doctor orthopedic surgeon and a dot physician prior to working for them they cannot claim pre existing condition. -
We're they claiming a pre-existing condition or just disputing your employment status?
