Stay the hell out of the oilfield. It IS going to crash when the WTI and Brent get below $75 because no one will be able to afford to drill. Heed my word. It will be a 1980s Oil crash again, always is. Winter is terrible, like way below zero and the wind can howl. You're going to do it anyway but remember this came from an Okie who lived in the middle of the oilfield and saw it all. My Boss' wife commited suicide with a shotgun when it went down. Just went in the bathroom, sat on the pot and "POW"!

You can tell when you are in oil country in Texas by the price of burgers. I said burgers. $15.00 hungerbuster at DQ. Bring your travel trailer if you need a place to stay.

I have a freind who has been working in ND for a couple years. He says outside of when it rains or snows or is cold (summer?) it's not too bad. He now can put on chains in knee deep mud and howling blizzards. Dress warm and hope the price of oil stops dropping before it hit $75.
