Some of the big ones like Swift and Schnieder are possibilities. I have 11 years on the road. Most of that OTR with Victor out of Illinois. Then I took a line with USX. Both of them want 'squeeky clean'.
Just my opinion, but a local haul for a year or so is probably your best bet. Think of it as intense training before 'living the life' and going OTR.
You could also try some of the big recruiting websites, if you haven't already. Most of them list every firm out there and will tell what the qualifications are for each of them.
If you're honestly determined and willing to do what it takes, you'll get there. So hang tough.
