What city will you be buying the truck in?

When buying, get bids from several dealers. Dallas Peterbilt has the best selection and if you buy 1 take delivery in your home state. Saves on taxes. That is a legal loophole also.

Be sure you do your own research, as well as, talking to several salesman. There are good salesmen out there but unfortunately you can't just bank on ones word, not when your spending 150,000$.

I am buying a new truck from Palmer Trucks of Fort Wayne, IN. It is a new Kenworth and the salesman Phil Dawson really knows his stuff. We sat down to spec out the truck and it took a whole day! There are so many options available and Phil took the time to explain the different options as we went over the order form. I am impressed with this salesman and will look forward to working with him as I await my new truck delivery.
