Are they for real with the whole per deim or non per diem, plus either HHG or Practical miles. Then as an added jab at those that prefer their full pay, they offer the per diem guys a much better vacation schedule. Way to go Millis, what a bunch of crap! Always heard good things about the company in general but their various payscales are ridiculous. Curious as to what most of you chose?

I'm not knocking anyone that works there, like I said I always heard good things from their drivers over the years. I was just shocked to see the confusion of their payscale.
Agreed - I like a set in stone, easy to understand pay scale. Here's the PRACTICAL miles. Here's the cpm. Here's the raises. No fuel bonus, safety bonus, west coast, east coast, team, per diem, blah de blah blah. Pull this tractor for this much, that trailer for that much, this for hazmat, that for TWIC card - the gimmicks never stop. If I need anything more than a pen and paper to work out my options, I'm not much interested.
Yeah, just another trucking co. wage theft methodology. "Hey driver, if you let us use your wages as a tax deduction, we'll give you a couple of weeks OFF!" LOLz.
They give you options. You do not have to choose that option. Choose the one that best works for YOU.
I liked that they gave you options...all their bonuses are easy to get...just have to apply yourself.
