    PAY BREAK-DOWN FOR THIS YEAR

This is how it has broke down for the lastyr or so (gross pay), it DOE'S include the 4 safety bonus's, AND anyreferral bonus, or profit sharing, this(2014) is the first yr I qualify for profit sharing, and does include the X-masmonth bonus we due receive in Dec. That all can add up to about 7500 in extra pay or better. For 2014

The dotted lines with nothing in them, show's I do not have that info on hand in my files for some reason, (except 2013, start was 03-22 for pay) but it wasworked (2014).

Now it is hard to brake down that pay info in the columns, but it does include, layover-pay, management drop fees ( extra money ) etc.

Also I had a few weeks of ice storms (2014) which affected earnings but was paid some lay over fees, and given options just to turn around and go home for the week's, that weather was a problem, which I did.

Some of the weeks that look like I was slammed with miles, was also some run carry overs for pay from the past week, which did not make payroll cut offtimes. The biggest week I have still stands at 3811=6 days this July 2014.

I still figure with all the bonus's included (FOR 2014, PROFIT SHARING BEINGTHE BIG ONE THIS YR-2014, 3 OUT OF 4 QUARTERS BEING QUALIFIED FOR THIS YEAR),its around 1325 a week plus, not too bad, next year it will be all 4 quarters.

And as you can see for 2013 it was at the end of the year avg weekly=1250 ,including all bonus's for 2013.

But it should give you folks a solid idea on what to expect.

You say solar drivers, in other words only drive in daylight? And mileage is paid with hub or air miles, do we get same pay empty or loaded?

Still running back and forth to syracuse averaging 2450 miles for last 6 weeks plus 20 dh a week. Could be better if we got 5 trips weekly but either we wait on the load in leesport or get screwed with a backhaul. I picked a load at 9 am in ny and made it 2 miles to delivery by 3 pm and had to sit untill 930 the next day. Thats the worst thing to happen to me since i started.

Mostly day time and some evening, I do once in a while drive until 1030 pm or so.

We are paid practical miles, which is close to hub mile, sometimes its right on, and some times its off by 2% or so, and sometimes they pay more than the trip actually is.

Paid the same empty or loaded.
