There are light weight FR shirts for summer. I wear TecGen. That's just what I found in a hurry, but they are pretty good for the summer. Carhart makes some lightweight long sleeve t shirts that a lot of people wear. As for jeans, Wrangler makes lightweight, breathable jeans that I really like. I have Carhart jeans as well. I like them but I prefer the Wranglers.
I don't think I've seen anything FR that as spill proof, maybe someone else has. Everything FR is overpriced, so be prepared.
Boots. A pair of 6" Redwing laceups have served me well as a crude hauler. As a frac fueler, they can be a little short sometimes...not very often, but once in a while, the water piles up on the frac pad and we don't have the option of walking around it. Crude hauling, you can usually get around the deeper spots. A lot of guys wear Muck safety toe rubber boots. I have a pair of redwings. Anything 10" or taller should be fine from my experience.

Frachand here. I'll add what I use/operate with:
1. 10" redwing lace ups---yes the pad sites get wet a lot and sometimes chemicals leak everywhere so you definitely need a good/tall boot
2. Pocketknife---nothing too fancy in case you break it/lose it, but you always need something to cut with
3. Flashlight---you simply need this, I bought a two pack at Walmart for $13
4. Extra undies and socks---no need to explain here, I wear compression undies not the cotton ones (never chafe or rub and feel fantastic, we're always moving so they really help). I also wear compression shirts.
5. Extra gloves---we get them free but when we do maintenance on a frac pump you can kiss them goodbye (I have literally opened a new pair and had to throw them away an hour later due to grease and oil from the doing the job). We go through a lot of these and just last week I found myself without extras (forgot to pack) because mine got wet due to a water leak we had to fix and it sucked having to wait for them to dry (it was cold). I will be buying the cheap brown cotton ones just to keep my hands warm from time to time (they run $.99)
6. Wipealls---or paper towels, I fold mine into a 3x3 square and stash about 10 or so in my hard hat. You always need something to clean/wipe with
7. Wet wipes or wet naps---for when......you know????
8. Aspirin---got to have this one
9. Pens---always need these
10. Electrolytes---I buy the MIO Fit bottles, small and easy to carry, about $3 at HEB
11. Beef jerky---you get hungry out hereRocketmAAn and Texas Bound Thank this. -
