    I must say, finally a state has woken up and seeing things differently. I would like to see more of this happening in other states. :yes2557:

    Its way way way past time some thing like this happens. A vast majority of America's drivers have gotten VERY careless.

    Sure wish the CHP in CA would follow Oregons' lead and do the same on I-5 as well as Hwy 99 out here. The tickets they could issue in a week would pay off CA's deficit.

    Careless is one thing. Have you been looking at what some are doing?

    Surfing the internet while they drive down the road.
    Watching a DVD while going down the road.
    Reading a book or newspaper while driving.
    Phone calls and writing down info.
    Text messaging.

    With all of that going on, how can we expect them to notice anyone else on the road?
