So a topic of discussion with Safety Director today . . . on our application we ask if driver has ever failed a drug test. If a driver marks yes, I can't hire them. So a 40 year driver that fails a job screen at 20, I can't hire? I'm not telling you what you should say . . . but just know that companies can't verify anything past 7 years.
