anyone ever worked for covenant transport?

Honestly I have no idea. Just watch what you eat Monday morning. No coffee, no smoking and you should be fine. If some of the people I see in orientation when I stop by ca. Make it you will be fine.

 

BP needs to be less than 140/90.

Mine goes up considerably when at the doctor's office -- a phenomenon known as white coat hypertension. It will help if you practice deep breathing and visualize yourself someplace relaxing.

I am pretty sure I should pass, it was a bit high at my dr. app but I think it is because I drank a starbucks about ten minutes before. So far every time I have tested myself it has been passable. I hope it stays this way I do get nervous at critical moments like this. Also I wanted to thank you for your Covenant guide that was a big help in me deciding to go with Covenant. Fingers crossed that I will be accepted and everything goes smoothly.
