I wanna drive a NICE fast truck,so I can holler at everyone on the cb.
I never got to do that.
Would like to fuel up one day where everyone knows the process.
Fuel, pull forward, get back in truck by the time I'm done, then drive away.
    I know I'm dreaming.
Never got to slap a forklift driver for being stupid, but I'm still young:biggrin_2554:

Driving a Triple digit truck isn't really fun. Maybe it was just me knowing the Massive Meat of rubber around 22.5's could rip apart at anytime.
Not afraid of the speed. Just knowing 15-40 tons is very stupid. I'd do it again. Never was a fan of 379's. Day cab twin crew hated to be backed up. 18 speed on the highway sure was fun. No surprise that employer went out of business ( bankrupt ), All 28 units: MACK, PB's were turned up.

Fuel delivery is definitely awesome. I enjoy it a lot, it gets dirty sometimes and can be messy. It's worth it though

Seeing a moose is on my list too! I think I've seen almost every other form of wildlife in North America but never a moose.

I'd love to drive to Alaska one day but I'm not sure that will happen in a truck or my SUV.

Other than that I just hope to finish this career with a 0/0 - no tickets and no accidents. So far just have one overweight ticket back in 1995, not a moving violation though so I don't count it!

OS/OD, car hauling (the enclosed type), OS boats and Alaska. Come to think of it, I've hauled cars many times, people shipping cars overseas and back via container, posted pics once of a classic Rolls that went from Colo. to Australia where it was restored for a museum.

There are many things I haven't done.

    Never driven a double/triple.
    Never been a flat-bedder.
    Never driven a tanker.
Never dropped a trailer. (as in, off the fifth wheel onto the ground)
I've never driven out of the country.
Never been with a lot lizard.

And I can't say that I've ever wanted to do any of those things.

Or, did you mean - not having done something I've really wanted to do?

    Nope, there too.
I'm doing exactly what I want to do.
And as we speak, I ever working towards that million mile mark - so I'm actually doing that bit every single day.

Back when I was running tankers in the mid 90s I would do an occasional load of pool water for a friend in the summer when the asphalt or gasoline was slow. It was fun and a nice change of pace. Always dreamed of pulling up to a house and being greeted by an extremely hot and horny housewife but never happened.

I haven't really done anything besides dry van and don't really care to. Dry van is bad enough and it only gets worse if you're pulling a reefer, open deck, car rack, thermos bottle, etc. I've pulled double pups when I was an LTL guy and that was kind of fun.

the real unfulfilled goal is the freedom this occupation can give you under the right circumstances. To go where I want, when I want and not have anybody telling me I have to work this week or this month if I don't want to. Be my own boss and run my own show basically.

I used to wonder how much fun it would be to haul mainly empty trailers around and get paid. Got that one.

Next was no more credit card debt. Check.

    No more car payments. Check.

No more child support. Check (though I may be too old to enjoy it for very long).

    No more truck payments. Check.

Next to go is the house payments...

Thanks, Dave Ramsey, for showing me a different way to see money. And many thanks to a good friend who opened my eyes to a better way to think about trucking... Because of you two guys my two sisters and two brothers-in-law will be receiving Dave Ramsey's Total Money Makeover book--along with the very first baby step completed and we're giving their families Ramsey's Financial Peace University for Xmas.

Oh yeah.. One other thing I saw mentioned in this thread... We're not wealthy yet, but we're on our way. Check!
