Hello,
I have been driving OTR for five years. There was a wave of CDLA cancellations for Swift drivers a few years back because of some bogus issue with the school. So, I had to get a new CDLA from scratch.
Now I have the permit and I need to get with an O/O to rent a truck for the test this month. Anyone in GA willing to rent? If so, how much, when, how can I reach you?

I'd imagine approaching local companies face-to-face might be your best bet.

Also what about looking into 3rd party testers. They'd rent you a truck and test you at one place,at least they do here in Ohio. The BMV has a list of qualified places that test, might wanna check there.

Many schools like Roadmaster can act as a 3rd party to provide the truck and road test. In Tampa they charge $150 to test with their truck or just $75 to test with an insured combination truck.
Once completed you just bring the certificate to your DMV/MVA, take picture and viola.

Since Swift screwed you over, perhaps you can get your attorney to convince them to let you use a truck for your test...
