Broker out of business??

They have closed 3 out of 4 offices as of yesterday. No one answering phones. I don't have time to deal with dead beats, handing it over to Baxter Bailey.

 

There's a guy I know through the boards that may help you get paid on any invoices, if anybody is interested.

 

Having trouble collecting from American Transportation Logistics Company (ATCL) also runs under AKB Transportation. Cant seem to find their MC # anywhere.

They might of been associated with Austin International LLC out of of Spring Hill, TN as well.

They have been operating out of IL & GA.

 

Actually the first two links are made from my boss to warn people of this guy. He actually sent me some rate confirmations from Austin International LLC but that business has been closed since last year. He told me to send all his invoices to AKB Transportation or ATLC.

 

RWH out of Oakwood, GA has new good looking equipment. Just saw brand new RWH Volvo and brand new looking reefer go by. I guess their truckload side hasn't suffered or maybe even beneficiary of logistics not paying carriers.
