So, I'm going to post this http://www.thetruckersreport.com/tr...akes-driver-friendly-freight.html#post4360439
But maybe I can ask it here as well, and get different answers.

    What makes Driver Friendly Freight?
Not what makes a Driver Friendly shipper or receiver, or even the Customer who pays the Freight bill.
But what makes driver Friendly Freight?
is it miles, dwell time, load or unload?
Maybe the Customer, Shipper or Receiver is linked.
Having courteous people, or restrooms? is that Driver Friendly Freight, or Driver Friendly Customers?

Is Tractor Supply Driver Friendly Freight overall?, and not to bash TSC obviously, just using them as a example.
    Thanks

    Thanks

No touch, no count, either drop & hook or <2 hours in a dock playing pocket pool in the sleeper.
Not having to call/message every time I stop (high value)
Not having to drive to customers not set up for 75' semis
Earning at least $230 per day away from home

    Does TSC fit the bill?

Sit all day, assigned tsc load picking up at midnight, deliver to 2 stops the next day and a 3rd the day after. Total mileage: 425 ($170) Ancillary pay: $75 Total: $245 or $98/day. And you get to freeze your balls off (or sweat your ### of, whichever season it may be) standing on a concrete dock watching them unload because it is against their policy for you to be comfortable while you're not making money...

So no, I consider Waco the 3rd ring of hell. Waverly at least has some longer runs. The only good things about TSC is their alowing overnight parking and letting you use the restroom.

Delivered to TSC store this morning in Marshall,TX got preplan for Marshall,TX back to Waco,TX get about 50 miles out of Marshall and get pre-planned on a load picking up tomorrow at TSC that doesn't deliver till Friday morning 235 miles away, called to find out if we were going to be able to get any miles this week and FM says they got us stacked on another load picking up in Point Comfort going to somewhere in New Jersey for almost 1700 miles so thankfully will have a decent week. Everyone we've talked to down here in Waco is getting crappy loads, longer load so far was to somewhere in Louisiana

I think the freight has the least impact on us than anything.
its customer's, route, dwell time and so forth that make us happy or not.

the only exception is freight that you have to touch I'm not in that biz.
