Location for the night

Last night at the Settle Inn in Green Bay. Moving into my "Radiant Red" T680 to begin running Choice in the morning!

 

I-90 WB Service plaza, Angola, NY. If I had only had 10 more minutes, I could have made my pickup and shut down at the customer for the night. I'm just glad the day's over!

Stayed at the house last night, since I was going to be headed right past there and I had to stop somewhere. Still had plenty of time, but chose an early start & had the Old Man drop me off at the truck on his way to work. Headed back down by Grand Rapids to load after this, then back to West Branch. Depending on time, might swing through the house again. Have I mentioned lately that I love my new job??

I certainly did. Drove 599.8 miles yesterday (ended up back where I started - Iowa80). Tonight I'm at a Sunoco station on U.S. 20 in Ohio 32.4 miles from my 08:00 delivery appointment tomorrow.

 

At mi casa again. Shortly after my update earlier, got a text from my favorite dispatcher in the whole wide world: "Got you a West Branch for tomorrow, takes you right by your house so you can sleep in your own bed tonight". And a few minutes later, one referencing my first pay bump , effective today, which is considerably sooner than expected!

Still loving it!!
