3B Transport (hotshot)

I worked for them for about a year. They were great in the beginning and then I believe a little success went to his head. By accident from one of the shippers, I found out that what I was being told that the load paid was not correct. After asking about the discrepancy in the numbers he became very agitated, and I was told if I did not like it I could leave, so I left. He still owes me some money, and will not even answer the phone when I call. I chalked it up to lesson learned.

 

I worked for jf 3 months 1/1/12-3/23/12 I had a pay issue asked to see a rate con and was told if I had a problem with it I was welcome to leave ! Received 1099 I matched his Huntington bank account to it and came up $7000 short. He uses a Huntington bank master account and gives drivers a debit card satellite acct. So I have proof of deposits. My neighbor worked with them for a while last year. He never had anything good to say.

 

I called jf today, told him I was turning the bank statements and the 1099 over to IRS he said go ahead he's got pay statements I never got apay statement just a text saying I had been paid then I'd call the bank to see how much

 

I agree with everything above.. These people belong in Jail !!!! JF and DF are low life thieves. I don't understand how they continue to get away with stealing from owner operators... They have 2 companies. 3B Transport and D's FR8.. Stay Clear!!!!
