    Just wanted to thank everyone for the helpful responses.

    I gotta say that I'm really nervous about attending the school. I'm confident that I can do well on the written exams, but I'm really worried about the driving part...

    I'm getting my CDL through Swift. Will probably pay upfront for it rather than get roped into a contract.

    Hey patty (little trouble maker you!)...the Learners Permit needs to be from the schooling state...didn't he say he lives in WY and going to school in UT? Plus, you don't want to get the permit too soon, they have short expiration dates.
