When I got my truck, the technician told me not to drive it off the property without adding fuel or I'll get stuck. Jeeez.

The way I understand it is... if you add anything to the truck, you have to leave it in if you turn the truck back in. You can't install all this stuff and rip it out later.

Question for you choice guys, as a IC Choice driver are you able to haul the Wal-Mart loads from the DC to the stores or are they not available on the choice board.
-
I have seen the promo loads come up (like the special P&G ones) but not your everyday DC to store loads... most of those are for the dedicated accounts I believe. Lots of loads go to the walmart DCs from a shipper, as well as from Walmart DCs to recycling/pallet places, but I have yet to see a DC to store load that isn't a promo load that pops up at random.slim8006 Thanks this.

only thing I ever pulled out of a DC was pallets
slim8006 Thanks this. -
There are IC's pulling walmart dedicated, but they are exactly that, dedicated drivers
slim8006 Thanks this. -
man this truck is really nice!
gonna take me while to get use to it though....
Of course Schneider sent me to the middle of nowhere to get an MT starting off. -
any idea what it pays? or are these legacy guys?
I wouldn't mind dedicated if I could go different places. I'd hate it if I went to the same place every day though -
Consider the other option: Thru a major city with lots of traffic. Your probably better off getting used to it with little traffic.
