Oil Prices Hit New Highs

How high does it need to go before you people (read: liberals) realize we need to build our drilling and refining infrastructure back up?

Please call your Democrat congressional representative and plead with them to allow drilling in ANWR, off our coasts, and in our shale formations, and speed through some approvals for new refineries! That is the ONLY way to keep the speculators from driving up prices.

EDIT: That is not to say we should ignore alternative fuels, but there is no rule saying we can't do both.

 

It does not matter what the price is during Intra-Day trading. The only number that matters is the closing price for the day..... If you go back and look at the closing price for 5/9/08 and the closing price for 5/16/08, you will see that they are both at $126 and change so no movement for the week.... Today it has essentially done nothing either, in fact it has dropped.....

Remember that good news does not sell papers....

 

we are all fooling ourself, the only thing that is going to stop this fuel mess IS PARK IT< QUIT BURNING IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! If every one can't park for a week something is wrong.... it won't kill anyone!!!!! maybe a little inconviencs ... so what.....
