There's like a million threads/posts on CRST thruout the internet you should have done your homework.Surely you knew CRST was a starter company didn't you? They pay company drivers slave wages they certainly aren't going to treat lease operators any different. So many ppl get burned big time and was warned and some have exp such as yourself,I hope the next company you do some research before jumping into any lease program.CRST has one of the highest turnover rates in the industry, many red flagsLook how much it cost you for them to do all the paperwork. You have 10 yrs and with respect sir you should know better then to believe recruiters and ppl that sells drivers their lease programs.

Well like I said, I was new to the otr as far as companies, and you are correct I should have done more homework. No I did not know they were a starter company. Their ads and recruiters seemed like they took care of their drivers. 2000 flatbed trucks I figured they were doing something right . But no that wasn't the case. And for now I'm back in the oilfield, back to my real world where hours are hours and pay is pay, not much room for the truck driving scams

Well I know what you do is hard work and a lot of hrs but at least you get paid better then any otr companyJust because a mega company has a lot of trks doesn't mean they're a good company,in fact just the opposite.I bet a lot of those trks are sitting at terminals.Never believe ads, billboards or recruiters. Also if you see more bad remarks then good about a company, its best to look futher for a company.I would stay completely away from mega carriers.Start asking other drivers about a company. They know the real deal not some recruiter who gets paid for as many suckers and he or she hires.

If I were to ever consider a lease the deal breaker for me would be seeing 700K miles on the odometer! Why would you even sign the papers on a truck with that many miles?

OK! Not going to bash you about leasing, but there are many threads on here, telling how bad they are, so? Hopefully you have learned a valuable lesson! Most lease deals are great! Just not for the driver, but for the company, good luck

Other Malone beginners said same thing about no good loads to pick from and never going where you want. Sounds like Malone good loads are saved for senority drivers!

I have a good friend who leases a truck from Malone and does well. Your running to many miles, raise the revenue lower the amount of miles your running. He gets calls from agents in the area to every delivery, has learned the system well and brings home 1500-2000 a week before taxes. Could be better, is it the best? No. But you said you ran 9000 miles in 23 days putting your average over 3000 miles a week. Less miles, more revenue my friend, good luck.
