Oh, for future knowing, Case pays the permits on their loads. That's why your new found friends said they will pay the permits. They just get into the Case permit account and order them.
Just like a lot of the Deere Loads..

My last load before Christmas. Nothing special and no I did not do the securement, another driver picked it up for me while I was hauling a wing and this was his first time. Not the way I would have done it but it's secure.

I'll kick it off in the morning and head home for a few days. Heading out Christmas day to be at the customer Friday morning to load the very first load of a new contract going to Canada. Picture to follow in the big load section.

I'm sorry you took my post too literal, it's a stretched flat which has deck in the front, exposed beams in the middle and deck at the back.....just sayin :)

And no, COTC doesn't run silver/lavender trucks, theirs are all COTC green however they are one of our other sister companies.

I am forced to pull you super trucker card. You and Danny are never going to rule the Midwest if you keep working with your enemies.

Ha.. I guess I owe an apology as well. The only reason I mentioned the trailer was because my eyes tricked me into thinking it was a COTC truck.

Being a former COTC'r I guess my mind jumped straight to them. I left them just before the merger with the "mother ship company". And now the company I'm currently with had also just recently been brought into the fold. I wasn't aware that SPD was a sister company as well

No worries, but yes SPD was the first company, then the acquisition of Wylie is what started the "mother ship" followed by JGR, COTC, Boyd and most recent was Lonestar. Actually I ran a 4 Axle for both Wylie and LS in the past and now we're all one family.

I assume your at LS now? I was there during the Joe Byrd Era and if it hadn't been for a nephew of Tex's that was given a position because of who he was rather than what he knows I'd still be there. He called me boy one too many times so this boy brought his truck back to Ft Worth and told that useless pos to drive it himself. Joe called me the next morning and asked me to come back but I told him as long as that kid was in a position of management there was no position for me. Funny thing, he got fired 3 weeks later, I found out I was only 1 of about 15 that left because of him.

    Hey Chris,
Finally found those shims I called you about a couple months ago, even the manufacturer didn't have them, wound up flying a set from California and for what United charged I hope they rode in first class and got served Dom.

I don't even want to know...air freight scares me. With all the work you do for Boeing, you couldn't call in a favor?
