Are you talking about the trucks that leave from a dead stop (drag race style start) pulling a flatbed load of lumber or something like that where they race to the top of the hill?
If that's the case, I would build a 1500 hp engine and fix the chassis so that it's not giving up about 300 of those horses twisting that frame.
I've drag raced most of my life and I can tell you that twisting frame like that is wasting a lot of power.
I would spend a lot of my time with the motor and tranny out of the truck boxing the frame and then stiffening it after its boxed with tubing. I'm guessing to that your going to have to turn it more than 3500 rpms but maybe not. I would have figure at least 6000 rpm. -

B class has turbo size limit and oem intercooler rules, that is the hardest part of making the hp for that class. Lack of air.....pm me if you need more info on rules.
