GOT YOUR NOTE BOOK, THEY HAD IT AT PEPSI, WILL BE AT THE WINDOW TUE MORN,

Well this week is what it use to be a few years ago for me, I am dispatched, out and back home- back to back--boy it sure would be nice if they could go back to that. Use to have an average of 3 dispatches stacked up--

Will be in Advance this morning, then picking up home load-that was dispatched yesterday, I just hope it is ready LOL

Ended up staying at the Wal-mart at I-77 and I-40, wasn't bad about 30 miles from Advance.

thanks man I didn't check with the night girl when I got in yesterday but will ask cirena when I go in Friday morning. I appreciate it much. I asked when I was at pepsi last Saturday morning but the guard there didn't know anything about it.

pretty slack week. expect pretty much the same next week. ran down to Jacksonville for the drop, had to sit and wait for an LTL to bring in an empty then over to budwieser to load for Spartanburg. guy at the check in at Jacksonville was a real ###. didn't take them long to load though. can't say the same about the unload in Spartanburg. roll in there at 1130 didn't get out of there till 1730.

got an out and back plan for Friday for Summerville, sc customer unload then deadhead back. been there a couple times they only take about an hour so i'll get out and back Friday. kinda screwed up xmas for us since the wife's ex has the kids for Christmas this year so we only do it Friday and they'll have to sit around and wait till I get in Friday evening. guess that'll do it for the week and only around 1500 for the week.

rain was unreal all week. haven't been in rain that hard for that length of time in a long time. my leather jacket is still damp.

haven't heard from rotax in awhile. you still with us up there in the great white north? lol

hope you all have a good christmas

new Jacksonville drop lot if you haven't been there yet:

295 to x25. north off the ramp. go to the first light and turn right at the kangaroo. just past the kangaroo first drive on the right. big enough sign there for salem nationalease.

going in the gate go right and go all the way back our spots are on the right.

don't bother stopping at that kangaroo unless you just have to. it's small, tight, dirty and nasty.

don't trust the peoplenet map to get you in there. not like I have to say that do I? lol if you follow the peoplenet you end up in downtown Jacksonville on a street that isn't named anything like sportsman club rd. called it in hopefully they'll get the directions changed. I'd already checked it out on google earth but my RM took me right to it.

    classic_150 Thanks this.

I gave it to a heavy set girl I haven't seen there before, but the one that seems to be there during the day that set's at the other corner facing the warehouse window, that wears glass's was there when I handed the other girl the note book, with the clip on it, she knows its there.

Good to know info on the drop yard, and the Bud pick up I have been there before, it does take hours for them, and that's if they are awake-LOL, use to haul out of there for Shaffer years ago.

Being way down here at one of the outpost for Ashley- they just leave us alone, we end up off threw to Monday, it does not break my heart----LOL

Rotax is probably still shoveling out! LOL, or changing the oil in the snow-blower!

just a side note on that bud pickup in Jacksonville.......I'd been in there before with my previous company so I already knew......don't know if it was like this when you went in before but make sure the trailer is spotless inside before you roll in there.....they won't let you in if there's a speck of dust in it he can see and you can't sweep it out on the property they'll make you leave to do it. reminded me of the ikea loads I used to pull out of Danville they do more than just give it a quick look and if they see one speck of anything in there you're gonna resweep the trailer. I had talked to another guy from my previous company who was in there earlier in the week he really had a bad time of it trying to get in there over basically nothing in the trailer than a piece of paper. make sure you know the broker before you check in they're going to ask and you gotta know before they'll process you inbound.

it was a CHR load and I saw the rate they got for it. I'm surprised they pulled one for that. after paying me and fuel they might have broken even on it. maybe.
