Go vegan and drink a lot of distilled water. We store about 10 gallons of distilled water underneath in the passenger side box. For multi-vitamin you can go for moringa powder, spirulina powder, wheatgrass powder to name a few and my favorites. Protein is a myth and u really don't need that much if your healthy. Plus protein from meat is almost a joke because over 90% of the "protein" in meat is lost once it is cooked over 108 degrees. JUICING is great if you can find the time. My wife juices us up fresh juice almost every morning. For instance this morning I had 2 apples, 1 celery, 2 lemons, some fresh ginger, some fresh cilantro and some grapes. NOW THATS a real energy drink lol 👏
but the real deal is this, the healthier u eat/drink the less u need to work out besides regular walking and etc . I have this one workout that involves just sitting up very straight, using your core muscles, doing this thru out the day will keep your metabolism active.
Meditation is great. Positive thinking. Making plans and goals are great.
BUT the amount of good you can do for yourself and the world is to stop eating meats and dairy products. After you pass your first year, every meat eater that walks by will literally stink to u even if they just took a shower. That meat putrefies in their body and comes out thru their pores and STINKS. Their like walking cemeteries where they bury dead animals. Humans digestive track is way to long to properly digest meat, we don't have claws, we don't have incisors for teeth, we simply weren't designed to eat meat in our natural state. And dairy products are just basically MUCUS. that's why babies are always crying and sick, because their constantly being pumped with another animals milk that was designed for THAT ANIMALS baby, not no HUMAN! So it's very mucus forming leaving the baby sick with a weak start to life.
AND ALWAYS BUY ORGANIC OR NON-GMO WHEN POSSIBLE. Don't support and eat that bio-engineered frankenstine GMO crap their pushing. Kroger and all their chains (king soopers etc) have organic produce with big enough parking lots, whole foods, sprouts, natural grocers... WHEN THERES A WILL THERES A WAY. The wife and I know where all the organic markets are along our routes and places where we can make good groceries. Even walmart is getting into organics, like right now organic apples are still in season, u might can find organic potatoes there too.
So... Hope someone found this rant/reply helpfull. If you would like additional information about going "vegan" or are scared your not going to get enough "protein" DM on here, I will respond back eventually. 😂
