Did some reading. I'll have to contact them and they can unlock it but only once. Lesson here is never take it to a dealer without returning it to stock. I foolishly thought they would not go out of bounds of what I told them to do. They're liars to boot. Never have that problem with CAT. Never again I should have known better. My problem now is I can't find my smarty and have no clue where I put it away. I may just buy another one but not until I speak with someone at mads first.

i have heard of people locking the data port on their truck just so this does not happen. some trucks out there will not run on a stock program due to modifications, but the dealer does not care about that. Gland you can get your smarty unlocked, at least once.

Here is one company i found, apparently there is an issue with thief's having access to the OBD port and programming a new "key" to the vehicle and away they go. -
The thing is a dealer would still need access to the port to fix my problem.
