1200 a week all depends on the miles. A 1800 mile week its great on the other hand 3500 miles not so much.

    72,000 / 52 = 1,384.6153846154 . so we'll say .62

Heck, I 'work' 48 hours a week and gross $1400. Next month I'm due for a raise that'll take me up to $1600 a week for the same amount of hours. I could double that number if I ran my 70s out. Not to mention I get one month paid time off per year, every holiday off with pay, great benefits, and my employer is paying part of my cell phone bill and college tuition.

$1200 a week would be a drastic paycut.

You are really bad at math. First 80 hours devidivided by seven days is 11.43 Hours per day so no double time . federal minimum wage is 7.25 Per hour. 7.25 At time and a half is 10.86. 40 Hours at 7.25 Is $290 40 hours at 10.86 Is 434.40 So 80 hr week at minimum wage is $724.40, way lower than $1200, you are talking out your ###. $1200 a week would be $12 an hr at straight time for 40 hours and 12 times time and a half for the other 40

Ah well then, I assume it takes several years of raises to get that; and may I assume you mean USPS and not a contractor? If so, do you know what experienced drivers start at?

All drivers start out at $19.95 an hour. You cap at around $27 an hour, and it takes about 4 years to hit cap.

Yes sir, Im a postal driver and not a contractor.
