I don't know a whole lot I have an uncle that works for them he seems happy does a lot of Chrysler runs out of Toledo OH back east to PA MD WV and some longer runs down south he also loads out of Baltimore some that runs to VA he lives in MD and is home every weekend unless he wants to work more. Last I talked he was running paper logs but they do run e-logs as well he came from virgina transportation running a lot of long island he got tired of that and moved to moore transport. Not sure about pay he is company so thinking 25% of the truck revenue but he is not hassled as long as he does what he needs to do they leave him alone he made the comment that sometime he has to call them just to keep in touch lol.
Hope this helps -
This a fabulous review, this helps more then you think
Danny Stephens Thanks this. -
No Problem I got three uncles in the industry and im trying to get into auto haul this summer after I hit my two year mark

After being with pmtghome.com for 2 years , it's time to move on, even though I made what I was supposed too I'm not in favor on the personnel treatment. So if you want to start there they take anyone with 6 months or otr, wait unitedroads has the same requirement

Hey guys I plan on moving forward after my 6 months from being a flatbed driver over to a auto hauler. I see you moved on from pmtg, I got off the phone with them today, talks to a recruiter for a while didn't really go over the benefits. How are they in general? How were the benefits and pay when you were with them? I'm also looking into united road and jack cooper. See what I can find that's best suitable for a couple yrs.

Let me be honest with you and straight forward stay away from these guys call unitedroad.com
I'll lay out a scenario : I'm from Detroit when I leave from homes time usually on Monday or Friday
They have a alternating home time schedule 1 2day weekend and 1 2 clear Tokyo I love the fact is theAllenmichael27 Thanks this. -
Thank you for the info, I will disregard them. So you really think united road is a better choice to start out car hauling as well as good benefits and $? I'll give them a call tomorrow see what I can work out.

I'm making .34 cent a mile and benefits are alright, I bust my ### off to much to deserve little and not needed disrespect from my company. I see that car haulers always have room to move up in the industry and can improve the income to better support a family. Thanks for the help guys.
