The website shows that there is up to $6000 tuition reimbursement for their otr job for Indiana. At that $150 rate, that's 40 months to pay back a $6000 tuition. While better than nothing, it would seem that is not going to make me race over to SNI. I was hoping it was going all happen in a year. I assume if you take tuition reimbursement, you get no other signon bonus, rather the reimbursement is the bonus.

something you are going to need to be very clear on , are the rules pertaining to hours of service and how any work you do in a truck(whomever's truck you use) while at home on the farm DOES count toward your 70 since your driving overall wont be confined to the farm alone.
