In the last 7 days, I have driven 3067 miles. Avg 438 miles per day. Not a bad week. I will have to double check, it might be close to the most miles I have driven in a week. I post my miles everyday, but forget to post my weekly miles.
stevep1977 and sadwar Thank this. -
Those are some nice miles. I am a little ahead of you on the way to Tukwila, WA. Spent the night in Weed. Overnight low of 24*. Stopped at a rest area in central OR for lunch and got a reassignment with 3 pickups in Seattle and OR, going to Fontana for 1200 miles. Not too bad.
Saw a speed trap yesterday on the 5 near Newman. One DOT on the overpass after a downhill grade, turned sideways with radar/laser. Four others had customers pulled over, two 4 wheelers and 2 trucks. The trucks were getting inspected too. Not a good day for them -
We have been spending a lot of time in the Midwest. Picking up Beer tomorrow for a run to Missouri and then who knows where. Our miles are down (5700 for the week) but part of that is our fault. Most of our runs have been 600-800 miles and live loads and unloads which we are not used to. We are used to 2200+ mile loads with nothing but drop and hook. I know we're spoiled. All good though as we are still making decent money.
