Yup, 'right to work' pertains to the right to gain emplyment without being forced to be in a union or pay union dues as a condition of employment.

I won't be for too much longer. A maximum of 6 months. You never know. Everyday I want to quit and find a better company. 18 months, 160,000 safe miles and I should have a lot more opportunities.

Put on your big boy pants and move on. What is it with everyone wanting to sue everyone else? Quit shaving them and move on. The whole story is not out yet. BTW your scale problems are all on you. You do not pull that van until it is fixed. Ifv he company does not fix it then their customers suffer. You should not have pulled the trailer after the first time you discovered the issue.

you got fired because 2 accounts complained bout you! for what ever reason,..i woulda asked myself as a business minded attitude is a must for me!! were other drivers with this company getting pulled an cited as often as you??? like been said,..its the DRIIIVA's responsibility to do pre trip before driving any commercial motor vehicle!! no if ands or butts about it! if it not right you got the right under the fergerson act put into law bout 1975 when clay"duck"fergerson sued ROADWAY for firing him for refusing to drive a truck from knoxville tenn to kernersville nc,..you can Google it i did! still miss duck tho',....i got fired for being over weight hauling scrap coming outta the woods first exit before scales,..it was flat wrong,...mans brother and wife both told him it was wrong but he fired me any way,...pissed me off,..was still mad after he paid me dubble that week....cause he knew he was wrong! took couple years for we put it behind us but still never talk bout driving his #### again!!
