Im sorry, but how exactly am I being ignorant when I say that after all your training you should be beyond the point of hitting something every month?
Lets look at the facts as you have presented them-
You went to a CDL school in California; you passed the DMV skills test, but said they under trained you so you did not go OTR or keep your class A.
In 2014 you decided to go to the Swift Academy, graduated from that, and completed a 200 hour mentorship program. After all of this you went solo OTR and hit three things in three months, and blamed your mentor and lack of training.
The thing is you have received more training that most drivers get, but after every training program you go through you say its not good enough. We are not being negative and certainly not ignorant we are simply reading what you tell us and being realistic about it.
You have had a ton of training and you still cant drive without constantly hitting stationary objects, that is simple fact and I am sorry if you dont like it but it is still a fact.
Lets take some other things into account, like the fact that you performed a GOAL and decide that you didnt need to look behind the trailer. What exactly did you do, did you open the door, stick your head out and call it good?
You didnt have the common sense, after all your training, to look and know what was behind you before backing up. Thats not a lack of training, thats a lack of common sense, that cant be trained.
Im sorry you think anyone is out to get you, but some of us dont want to share the road with someone that goes through as much training as you have and still hits something every month. We dont see you as trainable, and while many of us do wish you luck, we still think it might be best if you get off the road before you cause a major accident.
I might be new to driving, but I am not new to common sense, you might want to familiarize yourself with the concept, it seems you lack any shred of it.
I posted companies that might take you, I tried to help and so have others, but while you are taking our help you also get to take our opinions. If you don't like what we are saying then stop hitting stuff and blaming others for it.

Oh I know im horrible, thats why I go extra slow and look tons of times and ask for help from the older drivers at my work every chance I get. And when I fail at docking and have to make 4 attempts I know its soley my fault.
That being said we aren't all hitting stuff left and right, so clearly it can be done, infact a lot of new drivers go out and make stupid mistakes but still don't hit things. -
