I don't even care to smoke it. Cbd comes in oil or pill form and doesn't even get me high just helps my condition. I just would like to see some regulations toward cbd medication. I am not sure how to do that. Possibly how much thc is in your system. Since the oil has barely any traces of Thc but Possibly enough to fail a test. But till then I will have to take the alternative that does long term damage to my body and doesn't work as well in order to start my new career.

 

You can't have ANY in your system, so this might not be the career for you, if you do get caught with it in your system, you're pretty much done anyway.

 

I'm just stopping taking cbd but without it I will probably need some surguries down the line cause the alternative has bad long term damage. I just think there needs to be more awareness between the difference between "smoking weed" and taking cbd as a medication. As it does not even remotely get you high. Doesn't have enough thc to do so. It has aprox .03% while when you smoke weed it has 20-25%. I just feel there is no awareness toward cbd as a medication and failing a drug test. Now it is unknown if you will fail and by how much but stated that "there is a chance cause of the small traces of thc." I will stop taking it but it just is sad I have to stop taking my medication to get my dream career cause it would fail a test when I am not getting high from it at all.

 

Ever heard of "SECOND HAND SMOKE?" even though u do not take a hit.....you are still breathing air of the house,are u not?

 

Can't believe there are these question! "Such in such state just legalized pot, so if I live there and I have a CDL, does that mean I can legally smoke pot?"

 

I have not read all of this thread, this is my take on the subject. We are under Federal DOT laws, If anyone thinks Washington law will trump Federal law, they will have a short trucking career.

 

....yes 30 days if you are a habitual user ....3 days for a single. use , pot is the only drug that sticks to your fat cells .....any other drug is out in 3 days also
