Historic storm Juno set to hit Northeast...

    the weathermen are already apologizing for miscalculating the storm. apparently it wasn't close to half as bad as they said it would be.

    what you all are writing about. is typical of normal snow in the west. and we don't brag it up on the internet.

    but this year has been unseasonally warm. i've never seen it rain in january. and what little snow was around 2 weeks ago. was gone the next day.
    winter has basically been MIA around these parts.

    enjoy the cold, now. cuz summer is going to be one hot sob.

    As much as I hate being in Communistfornia! A at least I'm not back east, I did grow up there, off RT 2 in MA, hate winter cold weather

    I would imagine it is pretty scary to know you & your neighbors only have 3 days' food supply. It isn't uncommon for a western home to have a year's supply...

    Here near Boston. About 16" of light fluffy stuff. Still snowing and blowing. Roads look clear from what the news shows. I guess keeping all the cars home does work. Remember delivering salt during the 78 blizzard. Only ones on the road and running 60 down the Expressway thru Boston.
