The National Weather Service are now admitting that they got it wrong! The predicted mayhem never happend, sure a few feet of snow really sucks but not the catastrophe our wonderful media were predicting. Strange how they are not saying much about it. Millions of people scared out of their minds about this storm and they are on to the next fictional story. The weather service, CNN, MSNBC, FOX, ABC, CBS are scaremongers and idiots hoping for a body count.

I never usually watch anything BUT my local channels. They were nearly spot on. The electric company had crews up here for downed wires, which frankly, I'd rather have too much support crews, like extra fire, police and rescue, nurses and doctors at the hospitals, then nothing at all or a skeleton crew. Many had been with out power in past storms and as a result, those people were with out power for over a week.
As far as people being scared outta their minds? Hardly, every time any weather person announces snow, people nearly break down the doors to the stores to get bread and milk at the last minute, or to buy snow shovels or rock salt. It's the sheeple that panic, not us "regular, reasonable thinking people".
Now if you will excuse me, i must go return the pay-loader I have rented out! -
Sounds like Heaven on Earth to me...wide open spaces, good music, the wife, and a job...what more could a guy want? Heck, me & the wife got married with our boots on...so even the attire sounds pretty good to me.

I'll have to agree with you,yes parts of the northeast got hammered but it looks like a typical blizzard.CNN is still making this the big story like they did with the Paris attack.I like CNN but enough is enough. Here in Iowa we got hammered worse then the east A few yrs ago and no news stations made a huge deal out of it.Only thing I can think of why CNN won't let this rest is because their located in NYC.
